Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving, only if the packs are sealed and not damaged in any way.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product within 24hrs of receiving your order.

• Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

• Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.

• All returns are subject to the discretion of Nutswale.com (Sethi Brothers)

• Orders which are pending for shipping can be cancelled within same days from the date of placing

• order. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. For any other

• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for

• that order.

• We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out on the same day of

• the order date. However, in some cases, it may take longer up to 2 or more working days, to ship the

• order as the product may have to be procured where there is a heavy demand.

• As soon as we receive your order ,we ship the products in 1-2 days time with best courier partner.

• We offer free home delivery on all orders more than Rs.1000. For orders less than Rs.1000, Rs.50 is

• collected for delivery.
